  1. Download the APK above on your Android phone.
  2. Open it — allow Install unknown apps for your browser when asked.
  3. Verify: compare the file’s SHA-256 with the checksum in the table. On-device: SHA256(apk) == table value.

iPhone TestFlight soon

The operator app is built on Expo, so iOS is a build configuration away — no rewrite needed. The TestFlight beta opens once the App Store listing is submitted.

Always verify the SHA-256 checksum before installing. Builds are signed by Creytix; the security model is documented in SECURITY.md.
